“We have worked with Andy on several building projects. He is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual. He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Our neighbours have also passed compliments on Andy and his team on several occasions mentioning that they have not met such hardworking builders. He is very resourceful and well networked with various distributers ,etc.. and has enabled us to buy building materials at better prices . In the end we have always been very pleased with the results. You can always tell that he has put his heart and soul into the job. “Bill and his team were recommended to us by some friends who had work done by the them. We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Bill reconfigured the layout to allow us to also have space for a downstairs toilet/wet room and also a laundry room. He did all of this without compromising on the other key features we wanted to incorporate into our new kitchen/family room and study area. Bill also suggested installing 5 Bi-Fold doors across the back of the house instead of the planned windows and patio doors and the result is amazing. We now have maximum light and a feeling of space all day long as well as an uninterrupted view of the garden. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough. They are friendly, trustworthy and reliable - exactly what you want when you have strangers working in your home”

“Crown Point Builders did an excellent job for us in replacing a odd shaped shower cubicle that was very old and leaking to the flat below. Ben was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, promptly visited the property to view the work and gave as a quote. He gave us a time frame for starting and completing the work which he stuck to. All our questions were dealt with quickly. The work was done to a high standard and we are delighted with the new shower. We would highly recommend Crown Point Builders.”
