“Most General Contractors are ok until a change order is needed and than the problems begin with cost over runs and a delayed project. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. We appreciate working with a professional.”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“I hired this company to renovate my kitchen and bathroom, they made it very easy for us as we didn't know where to start. Their designer Bar was a big help in getting the renderings done and helping us with shopping the materials. The crew worked regularly Monday through Friday and always cleaned up at the end of the days work. The inspections were handled by Sam our project manager and we had no issues passing them. We really enjoyed working with Sam and the rest of the team and highly recommend working with this company.”

“SCS North did a wonderful job on multiple projects on our cabin, including demo and rebuild of trex decking, removal of second story door with new window install, sanding and painting of entire outside trim and walls. They were very easy to work with from afar, Greg (Sensitive Information Hidden) responded to our wishes and texts along the way. We are happy to recommend them, and plan to use them for indoor work next.”

“Suzanne Broyals designed and oversaw our home remodel. She saved me hours and hours of time researching and discovering the components that turned our 1970's house into a comfortable, inviting, home. Her workers were respectful, accomodating, and easy to get along with, which was important to us as we were living in the house during the remodel. Suzanne was on the job site to make sure every detail was carried out to her vision. Our home remodel was finished on time and within budget. Suzanne has an eye for detail and a knowledge of style that resulted in a wonderful finished product. I continually receive complements on the beauty of our home.”

“I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“I work closely with Ayala Pro Builders on many projects to include the construction of my primary residence and several complete renovations and additions across San Diego. Raul, the owner/general contractor is exceptionally knowledgeable about the CA/San Diego Building Code, how to obtain the correct permits, and completing any size construction project you have. He and his crew also built my custom home. The quality of work was exceptional and my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. We get compliments all the time about the design and quality of the work... it shows!!”
