“River City built our dream home. They were willing to customize anything we wanted. We began with one of their plans and then moved walls, changed doorways, added a sunroom, etc. Not only were they professional, they were fun to work with. How many people can say that building a house was fun? We’ve been in the house for 9 months now. We will do another walk through soon, so any small items can be corrected, but I know that if something were to arise, River City will correct the issue. They also work with quality vendors for cabinets, flooring, stone, tile, lighting, appliances, etc. Our home was finished on time. I highly recommend River City.”

“I have used Cobblestone Development Group and Josh Romano for 3 different projects. 2 were whole home renovations... Soup to nuts... Systems, baths, kitchen, windows. I cannot speak highly enough about Josh Romano and his company Cobblestone Dev Group. The work came in on budget and the process was a pain free as renovation can be! Josh's eye for DESIGN and FUNCTIONALITY is so helpful. He has a wonderful sense about what the final product will look and feel like. Having someone with an artist sensibility be able to DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT the project as well as help with the overall aesthetic and all those decisions was HUGE. I can't recommend Josh Romano and Cobblestone Development Group highly enough. You will not be disappointed.”

“We searched high & low in RVA for a local craftsman who could bring our vision of a porch swing alive. After several non-returned calls to prospective fabricators - we searched Houzz & found Thomas Trades. Reviewing their online portfolio gave us a vibe that they could handle a variety of fabrication & carpentry we were seeking. After a month+ long contact, interview & design consultation period, we were delighted that TTLLC could provide us an idea that is partial to our modern taste while still extending our home's wood/metal characteristics out onto the porch. Both John - artisan & his partner, Rain - design coordinator - provided design guidance & patience as they led us from what we thought we wanted to what we actually wanted. The proof are in the attached photos. We couldn't be more delighted in the outcome. Simple. Elegant. All ours. We are truly 21st century discoverers who love technology. And to be able to locate TTLLC via the web & conduct design business in a modern way sure beats the old fashion way of beating the bush & seeing who shows up much less return our phone calls. We recommend Thomas Trade LLC - for their modern professionalism & world class craftsmanship.”

“Wow, what a fantastic experience with Balducci Builders and their entire staff during the renovation of our home in conjunction with filming the show, Fix It and Finish. From start to finish, we greatly appreciate the staff’s professional approach, hard work, and attention to details to make our home a much better place to live while increasing our property’s value. It was an amazing feat to see their staff complete the renovations of our playroom (daughter’s new bedroom) and bedroom (new home office) ALL in one day. Balducci Builders demonstrated their talent and expertise during the demolition stage and by providing top notch painting, electrical, flooring, and carpentry (love the stage) services. The company even contracted a cleaning service, Chem-Dry of Henrico, to clean our home after the completion of the job. Our family enjoyed meeting the owners of Balducci Builders and staff on site during the renovation process, and we highly recommend Balducci Builders for building or renovating your home.
