“We purchased a new home from Hellings and have used Hellings to finish the lower level as well as other projects. Ross, Barry and his whole team are very focused on client satisfaction. There are always issues to deal with in large projects and our experience continues to be that Hellings is focused on getting things done the right way. Since buying our home and adding to the original house, we've used Hellings to put in a whole house generator, to install estate fencing and will certainly have them provide a bid on a pool and patio project that we also have on our list. Hellings is not trying to be the low cost option, but they take pride in doing each project the right way.”

We have worked with them on various interior projects and enjoyed the collaboration process and their vast experience they bring to the table. RSGC's attention to detail is obvious in the beautiful interiors they construct. “Nick and his Dad are the best. They redid our two baths and kitchen. The upstairs bath was a complete tear down. The kitchen/family room was transformed from a 1960's kitchen to granite, stainless, windows, doors, walls, pantries, utility room, etc. They were professional, insightful, knowledgeable and finished our job in a timely fashion. We were living in another state and travelling back and forth and never had a delay or worry. We were in our house by May. He recommended other professionals for painting, insulation, etc. and they also were great to work with. His tile guys were the best. Can only say nice things about this contractor and would highly recommend them for any small or large job.”

Through the sales process, Keystone maintained availability and answered all questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner. Our work vs play lifestyle was considered before making a recommendation on which home to move forward with. During construction, I was given weekly projections for the building schedule. “Our third major project carried out by Bellweather turned out as well as we could have ever hoped. It involved the removal of walls to open out the ground floor, moving the back wall of the house further back to add square footage to the ground floor, the design and installation of a new kitchen and renovations to what had been the dining room. The project included significant electrical and plumbing work, design work by an architect and coordination with the City to obtain permits and get the work approved.”
