“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“Pete Pratley and his team did three large home renovations for my family over the last 20 years. We were very pleased with the results, the construction process and the competitive pricing that we received on all three. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in guiding us through the design, permitting and construction stages of the projects. He had many helpful design and construction ideas throughout the process that we look back on now and are glad we took his advice. Lighting recommendations, window selections, structural and foundation advice, plumbing ideas and others that proved to be very valuable over time. “The people at Gatehouse Partners are terrific. Our home was destroyed by super storm Sandy and we had to start new. Randy, Jose and their team of contractors got us back into our new home within 6 months of breaking ground. They communicated with us every step of the way and kept our costs under control. In that 6 months, there was never an idle day. Not only did they get the project done in a timely fashion, but the quality of construction is extraordinary. I get compliments every day on our new home and after living there for the past 2 years I can honestly say that there were no shortcuts. “JBC did a complete house renovation for me in 2017. I was still living on Long Island and the house was in Westchester. Barry Cohen was always attentive to the project, my requests and would call or email me when there were issues or decisions to be made. I would check on the project weekly but Barry was in charge. He was on site regularly and supervised all aspects of the project from bathroom to kitchen renovation to roof replacement and painting. It took many months but we’ll worth the effort. I had interviewed 3 contractors prior to project initiation and Barry was the only one to actually give me a complete proposal for work to be completed. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend JBC without hesitation”
