While the actual work will not commence until a year from now Kaeso and his team were able to provide us with comfort that this is a property with endless possibilities to create a great living environment and add value for the long term. “As a licensed electrical contractor familiar with FK Construction, I was asked to provide a reference for Fred Kreider. I have worked with Fred as a sub-contractor on many projects since we met 7 or more years ago. I've worked with him on houses and additions that started at the foundation and went up from there. He’s very skilled with woodworking from framing to finish work. He also has a knack for getting past unexpected obstacles that often come up during construction. He also welds and remodels old cars in his spare time again doing beautiful work.”
