Located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa, our 1/2+ acre lot features arguably, the most beautiful view of the river and Tampa City Skyline. As such we wanted a builder who was skillful, committed to our concepts and dreams, and dedicated. Mr. Fisher proved all of these and more. From initial planning through final phases of the project Mr. Fisher was on site supervising each day. He was proactive in practice as well as in policy. Throughout the project we did not encounter any unreasonable delays or problems. “We hired Strobel Design Build for two projects: 1. rebuild an enclosed sunroom into an open front porch (Fall of 2012); 2. rebuild/remodel kitchen (currently in progress). In both cases, Don Strobel sat down with us to discuss the design of both projects, took time to discuss material options, and gave us a schedule regarding each step of the process.
