“Lasley Brahaney's crew did beautiful work on our new addition. They executed their tasks with skill and professionalism, handling all the details and keeping the stress level as low as possible. The workers were friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to discuss any aspect of the project. Although our project was not a large one, the owner Marc took personal interest in making sure we were happy with all aspects of the work. “Nick and his Dad are the best. They redid our two baths and kitchen. The upstairs bath was a complete tear down. The kitchen/family room was transformed from a 1960's kitchen to granite, stainless, windows, doors, walls, pantries, utility room, etc. They were professional, insightful, knowledgeable and finished our job in a timely fashion. We were living in another state and travelling back and forth and never had a delay or worry. We were in our house by May. He recommended other professionals for painting, insulation, etc. and they also were great to work with. His tile guys were the best. Can only say nice things about this contractor and would highly recommend them for any small or large job.”

We began from scratch with Keith and he always steered us in the right direction from the initial design phase to layout, location and completion. His open communication and unfettered access to the project through all phases put my wife and I at ease every step of the way. Keith never cut corners and always did the right thing to ensure a quality build and quality project. Upgrade prices were more than fair and the final products exceed my expectations. “Our third major project carried out by Bellweather turned out as well as we could have ever hoped. It involved the removal of walls to open out the ground floor, moving the back wall of the house further back to add square footage to the ground floor, the design and installation of a new kitchen and renovations to what had been the dining room. The project included significant electrical and plumbing work, design work by an architect and coordination with the City to obtain permits and get the work approved.”

“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”
