“We worked with Little Constructions on a substantial renovation to a weatherboard cottage in Rippleside. Our collaboration started during the production of our construction documentation, during which time we met with Mark and his team to streamline our drawings. This turned out to be a great start to a very successful project. Working with Mark and Jeff was a pleasure - from start to finish they were forward-thinking, attentive to detail and communicative. The quality of the work speaks for itself though, they’ve really done a wonderful job. Both we and our clients are over the moon with the outcome. I’d happily work with Little Constructions again.”

“Stuart is a thorough professional who provide great advise and makes the designing and custom build quite simple yet effective. Despite being fussy customers, it was unusual that the first draft's the Stuart produced were pretty much close to being perfect for us. He has a keen eye for usability, cost/benefit analysis and ensuring a consistent and cohesive theme across the construction. The result is that every visitor has a 'wow' moment when the enter our house and we live in a place that we love coming to everyday. I would recommend Stuart to anyone looking for a designer and no doubt will be using him in the future.”

“We hired Ryan after having him recommended by a friend. From our first meeting with Ryan we felt that he was very much on the same page as us and willing to go that bit further than previous builders we had met with. They organized everything from the permits to the fire assessments and was more than willing to help get the project up and running. Ryan and his team were very efficient, well presented and would always have time to discuss design ideas and we could draw on his experience when required. The quality throughout the build was second to none and it seems like Ryan has a highly skilled team of contractors as we had some dealings with his plumber, electrician and floor sander who were all great. We could not recommend Ryan and his team highly enough. From the very start to completion it was a pleasure dealing with Ryan and we would not hesitate to use him in the future. “I completed a large renovation with Adrian on my home. We have had bad experiences in the past so were very wary of renovating again. We are so happy that we did and so grateful to Adrian and his team for making the process a positive experience. I think the way he communicates, the team of tradesman he has and the way he runs the site really showed why he has such high recommendations from clients. The quality of our finished home is beyond our expectation as along the way he spent the time to consult with us and offer ideas and suggestions that we had not even thought about. The Newling team have built us a beautiful home, it is quality built and everything was done with extra care. Glenn was easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He offered suggestions of what would look or work better and was always available to us for any questions or advice we sought no matter how small. We certainly would recommend Newling Homes and if we built again they would be who we would use.”
