This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks. “As an Interior Designer, I have worked with Laura and her team on a number of renovation projects. I confidently refer her to my clients because of her professionalism and devotion to her work. She respects her client's budget and is totally responsive to their needs. Laura runs her projects efficiently with the aid of a timeline that is given to the clients at the onset of the project. She is very adept at scheduling her subcontractors as timing in a remodel project is very critical. It is always a pleasure to work with her because of her positive, can do attitude.”

“Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Mike on several philanthropic projects from 1991 to 1994. During that time he oversaw a yearly Haunted House. Part of that oversight was to have a free standing structure built to specs that would pass fire and safety inspections required by the city. This task may seem small by the standards of what he does today but it still speaks to his character and his ability. He was a able to motivate forty young men, free of charge, to build a two thousand square foot water-tight structure and design it so that it was the scariest haunted house in the D/FW area. The building had roof, floor, walls and electrical to code. In my twenty years of knowing Mike I have never witnessed an instance that he didn't keep his word. He will tell you honestly how he feels - even if the truth might hurt feelings. he doesn't know any other way. I'll let others review his paid-for work. I can't speak to the nuances of vaulted ceilings and wine cellars. What I can tell you is that if you are searching for a builder or a contractor based on his character then you would be well served to choose Mike Garabedian for your next job.”
