“I wasn’t keen to build as I’d heard too many horror stories but we wanted to live in a well-designed, modern home so building seemed to be the only way. I was totally reassured by Suncity Homes as they have an excellent reputation and promised us that they could build what we wanted within our budget. Everyone is easy to work with and they took care of everything including finding an architect and commissioning plans which saved time and money. The whole process was relatively easy. I’d definitely build with Suncity Homes again. I’d have no hesitation.”

“Worked with Sunbuilt Constructions as a subcontractor, I can honestly say that the amount of time and the attention to detail that the builder put in was the highest quality. Additionally, the builder was consistently looking to save the clients money and achieve exactly what they wanted in regards to change. Overall I would highly recommend Sunbuilt Constructions”
