“Had some decisions to make, as we wanted to add to our family, and could no longer live in our 2 bedroom 1 bath house. We could either move or build up. We chose to build up to a 4 bedroom 3 bath, and are ecstatic with the results. You have the starter, Jonathan Mills, who's work I had seen around the neighborhood back in the height of the construction boom, kept the right people even though he had to scale back in the current economy, and was able to bring our vision to fruition with the help of designer John Packowski. That, and he owned a home in East Sac and only moved to Clarksburg because of his growing family sold us on the deal. After the initial stages, the middle reliever is Danny DePiazza, who is the project manager. He was always timely to our requests and kept a firm deadline. Finally, the closer comes in. Seth was able to handle all of our punch-list needs. I figure if you are going to spend 5-6 months day-in, day-out making decisions that you are going to have to live with for the rest of your life, there are few people who can say such positive things about such a big project.
