“Cutting Edge designed and built our basement remodel. They started with unfinished space and re-engineered load bearing walls to open it up. We now how have a wet bar, built in TV wall and shelving, a full bath, a wine closet, and space for an air hockey table. In addition, they replaced countertops in our kitchen and replaced our master bath shower. The end result is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is top notch. As is typical with this type of project, we had some scheduling delays and minor cost overruns, but we are very happy with the finished project.”

“We've hired this company twice. The first time was an insurance-covered repair to our garage roof. The company was prompt, gave a detailed estimate of costs, worked well with our insurance company, and did quality work. Several months after the job was completed, they returned at our request to replace some materials that were warping. Our second project was to fix a leak in our roof and install a skylight. Again, very prompt, courteous service and they made sure the work was completely satisfactory before they departed.”

“We were very pleased with Blair Builders. Everything was professionally done. All his subcontractors were also very professional. They all cleaned up every night. Very friendly and easy to get along with. They consulted us on everything. Listened to what we wanted, talked over the pros & cons of our ideas. We have had nothing but great compliments on our project. We would hire them again on any project we would do in the future.”
