“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“My wife and I engaged John Nanke, Nanke Signature Group, to build our home in Hassayampa, Prescott, Arizona. Prior to this big decision we interviewed a number of builders and decided to go with Nanke Signature group due to the quality of homes he had previously constructed, the input from past clients and our overall evaluation that he was an outstanding and reputable builder of custom homes. We could not have been any happier. Our construction and his commitments to the completion of our home could not have been better. In addition, we found his employees and the contractors he utilized during the course of our 22 month construction to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Nanke is a man of his word who takes great pride in his work and he worked with us every step of the way to ensure quality construction within our budget. Typically, you just get one or the other or none. It is so hard to find a reliable contractor, and someone that listens to what you actually want. Rand and Elle are excellent communicators and are so talented in their craft! MMCD is such a unique company, bringing all the years of experience in both design and construction to the Prescott area, in one company. It is awesome to not have to hire 5 different professionals to do what Rand and Elle can do. We know that our home (our finished remodel project) would not be nearly as awesome had we not consulted with Mountain Modern Construction and Design!”

“I highly recommend Quality First Homes. They did a kitchen remodel for me and it came out beautiful! He was very fair on price and very prompt on his scheduling. He was very clean. All his subcontractors where very nice and new their job well. My kitchen looks amazing. His design girl has a great eye putting all the colors together and making everything flow. I can't say enough.”

“We had a leak in our roof...somewhere, which is where it started. So our new neighbors down the road from had hired Don Savage Construction to build them a house. We wanted more then to just find the leak, we wanted a bigger back porch area, work on the driveway and a walkway from the back porch to the walkway to our sheds. So we called them and they came out and looked at it. It took a couple months because of permits and things, but they got it done. They found the leak in the roof, which we could never find, built a really nice back patio area and we are waiting to get the whole house painted if it would quit raining! The employees are very nice and easy to work with. We have never hired contractors for our houses, did all the work ourselves, so this was a new adventure. It was nice having a crew of guys who were nice and pleasant. They worked very hard, and as fast as everything would allow them to. If we decide we want to do more to the house, we will definitely be calling them.”

“Jason Smithson of BP2 Construction is the consummate professional. Our project was a complete remodel of a very unique property with some distinct historical characteristics. Our goal was to respect and stay true to the history of the house and yet to modernize all of the systems. Jason's experience and thorough knowledge of all aspects of the construction process, his well-established mutually respectful relationships with expert subcontractors, and his ability to effectively manage a multi-faceted remodel assured the success of the project. I (the owner) acted as designer on the project and even though I had no previous experience, Jason was extremely respectful, offering advice when necessary, and working with me as a fellow professional. I couldn't speak more highly of him. THE PROJECT WAS PURE JOY!”
