The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

Total kitchen renovation, update to two baths, replaced all flooring, repair to damaged areas from previous tenants, etc. They were great to work with & very understanding when the budget stretched some & I needed a little extra time.”
