“Elliott Construction were 5 stars from start to finish with our kitchen / living area extension. They were the only ones that quoted for the work that really seemed to take a genuine interest in the project we were trying to create and the only ones that got back to us when they said they would. Just on their initial service alone I could tell they were going to be the best. They managed our project through from start to finish, were honest and upfront about everything so there were no surprises, and actually finished ahead of when they estimated they would. I have no hesitation in recommending Elliotts to anyone - 5 stars.”

“We bought a new house and wanted a 2 storey extension on the side of the house and extending out the kitchen and lounge at the back of the house. A friend recommended Julian and in turn Julian recommended pretty much every type of contractor and professional we would need to complete our project. This was really helpful as sourcing a reputable architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor and a team of specialists was a daunting task and not something we expected of Julian. One of the most reassuring parts of the planning phase is how Julian set our budget expectations. This became very apparent very quickly because the other people we initially approached at the same time as Julian pretty much told us what we wanted to hear, whereas Julian took a much more realistic approach. It was an easy choice to go ahead with Julian and we did not regret that decision. He managed all aspects of the project, start to finish and the results are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Julian and JNR Construction.”

“Fantastic company, sourced all the best products for me, at the best prices. Very clean workers, reliable and trustworthy. Would highly reccomend this company to anybody. They sent regular itemised bills, so I could keep a track of the spend, they kept to the budget and quote, apart from my added extra's. Our knock through wasn't straight forward, as were a steel framed house, but they did it with absolutely no problems. They certanely know what there doing, I had a dead line, as we were going away, then throwing a House party when we came home, and they met the deadline for me. We will definitely be using them again for our next project.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Roots interiors on numerous occasions, last year we worked on a project managed by Roots, Feet Etc which is a podiatrist clinic in Stapleford. “We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!”
