“When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen, we turned to friends and neighbors for guidance. Imagine my surprise when two people who did not know each other both had great things to say about this company. He is as adept at adding an elevator to an existing house not originally designed for one, as he is at building a luxury timbered cabin in the remote Catoctin mountains, as he is gutting and renovating the interior of a condo. “E&L is an extremely professional company with a friendly feel. They have completed 2 projects for me. I got 4 bids for my first job last Spring when I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, one of which evolved quite a bit of moving plumbing and electrical. The second project of a third bathrooms was completed in September. I did’t even get other bid for that because I knew who I wanted to do the job.”

“"Open-book" contractor, proving high-quality results and creative solutions to the challenges of new home construction. We retained Kevin and his team to demolish a waterfront cottage and rebuild on the same footprint as required by county building restrictions. Kevin worked with us through the permitting process to ensure building and environmental requirements were met. We obtained our plan from the Internet before finding Kevin and were not using an architect for the project. From our first meeting, Kevin was sensitive to our budget needs and provided insightful design suggestions to enhance our project. Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. The open-book contract has made it easy to evaluate the many decision trade offs of the new construction process, and keep us on budget.”

“MRC completed several projects for us: built a detached two level two car garage, built a 10'x20' sunroom where we once had a screened porch, gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, and put in a stone driveway. Brian excels at working with the client to make the many decisions involved with any construction project. With all projects he stayed within the detailed budget and finished within a reasonable time frame. He is both creative and practical bringing years of construction expertise to the work. The garage and sun room were completed in 2012 and six years later are in great shape. The bathroom was completed in 2015 and exceeded all expectations. We feel lucky to have found Brian!”

“My wife and I are very detail oriented and when we found Bella Homes Design we knew that we are in good hands. We did a complete renovation on our 1970's home near Hagerstown, MD. Mark and his team were professional throughout the process and were always available to answer our questions and concerns. As a construction manager firm, the cost of building a quality home was less expensive than building a custom home with a traditional general contractor, and well worth it. He helped us on big and small decision along the process and the entire process was discussed up front. We are very thankful for the special attention to the details and fast response when needed that Mark provided us. I would highly recommend BHD for anyone looking to build a new house or an addition.”
