“Ian and his team at IMS building have created us the most amazing family home, and transformed it from the 1970s into a stunning modern day home. Ian helped us from start to finish with ideas and suggestions, and had a full team of trades available that he trusts to do the job. Ian built the extension during Covid and although there were delays due to areas outside of his control, he was honest to the price he quoted and always kept us updated, which we were most grateful for. Ian listened to ideas we had and was happy to take on extra work as the project progressed. “I have worked with the Stephen Neall Group on two large projects. On both occasions they were extremely professional, always quick to come back with plans and flexible when I made any changes. They are concise about costs and no job is too difficult for them to solve, especially when property renovation may uncover an unexpected problem and that needs solving before things can move forward. They work very well pulling in a team of trusted contractors to work on all aspects of property renovation and all those contractors are really nice people. There were regular and efficient updates right the way through the projects so I never worried whether I needed to chase them on anything. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future if I have any further work I need doing.”

“Steve and the team at Egg did a brilliant job with our very tired en-suite and master bedroom. From initial design ideas, which Steve was able to convey in such a way that we completely subscribed to the overall design, through refinements, strip-out, installation, decorating, flooring, plumbing, electrics and minor snagging, everything was done with care, thoughtfulness, and consideration for us living through the works etc. The team he used was excellent, really good craftsmen who seemed to build everything from scratch and amended the design as installation proceeded and we wanted something slightly different as finishing touches. All in all a really fantastic premium design and build service, with real quality and care for the customer at the front of mind. We are thrilled with the result. We did get though an awful lot of tea as well......”
