They have been simply excellent throughout the process. They have been responsive throughout the process, returning my calls in a very timely manner, usually the same day. They have shown attention to detail, reviewing the work of the subcontractors and ensuring that the job was done right. When I brought concerns to their attention, they did not quibble, but listened and took action to ensure that the issue was addressed. Their contractors were all timely and respectful and performed excellent workmanship. My neighbors are raving about the finished product...telling me they are grateful for the view! “We hired S&W Kitchens to renovate our Master Bath. Sarah Kraus was our designer. Sarah was a joy and pleasure to work with. From the beginning she really listened to our vision, our ideas and somewhat lengthy list of desires for our bathroom. She was able to incorporate what she heard from us, saw in our way of living and personal design, to create a gorgeous, functional and unique Master Bathroom that we will enjoy and appreciate for many, many years to come. Our vision came to fruition with Sarah's amazing design skills and artistic flair. Truly a dream collaboration. Sarah was there for us through the entire process. There were a few bumps in the road, as expected in a project of this size, but Sarah responded quickly and did what it took from her perspective to correct or overcome any issues that came up. Chris, the superintendent, took quick care of the issues from his end. Sarah became a friend through this process and I would not hesitate to recommend her and have her design our next project. I would also like to mention that all of the people we worked with throughout this project were first rate and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Their skills were evident which shows in the end result. We have a great deal of respect for everyone who participated in our project.”

“I have know Carl Jacobs for many years. I contracted with him in early 2000 to build me a wonderful two story country style home. It was and is the envy of the neighborhood. Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did for me and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone building a new home or having their home remodeled. I know you will be totally satisfied with the finished product.”
