“Beegan Build completed a renovation and extension on an old derelict stone building in Edenderry for me in 2013. The building was completed to a very high standard which included concrete floors, underfloor heating, Air to air heatpump resulting in an SEAI A3 energy rating. The project was well managed with no lost time accidents on site. The access to a very busy public road was well managed with no complaints. Tie-ins to both the sewer and the water were completed in conjunction with the Council. The site was maintained in a tidy manor with no complaints from the neighbors. The project was completed within the agreed schedule and within budget. Mr Beegan made several sugestions during the build which optimized both the build cost and living space within the structure. The project included a complete fit out of built in wardroves, fitted kitchen, tiling, painting etc and was finished to a very high standard.
