“The Precision Homecrafters design and construction team met with us to completely demolish, design and re-build our master bathroom suite and closet. The work was extensive and also included knocking out a brick wall and adding windows. There is extensive tile and woodwork done, all of which I would say is very high quality. Although this project was quite expensive for a bathroom remodel, we are very pleased with the results and very happy with the Precision team. I would highly recommend Precision for your next project.”

“My hubby and I hired Mareno Consturction to build our CUSTOM dream home!!!!! Mareno Construcion started on our home on Jan 5th 2017 and my home was completed in April 2017 and we were able to move in in May of 2017. If you are looking to build and you want it done right, give Mareno Construction a call. The owners are very knowledgeable in homebuilding industry. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. They are fair, easy to work with, reliable and most of all dependable. You can always text or call and talk with one of the owners, whenever you have questions. Just know, you will never be ignored. “AIP Construction is true to their name! They can help make Anything Possible! I moved into the area and was in need of a home. I searched for a home on the market that I thought would be right for me. I couldn't find a home that fit my wants and needs that I absolutely loved or thought was worth the price. After meeting with Jonathan and Teressa, I knew I was on the right track. They encouraged me to make a list of must haves and wants and then prioritize the list. I did that and gave it to them. We looked at plans. Although I had bought several pre-existing homes, I had never built. I was having a hard time visualizing what the home would look like from drawing to reality. They were very patient through the process of designing, building and finishing my home. It is a custom built, beautiful home that I want to keep forever! Everyone who walks into my home is blown away at how amazing it is from layout, finishes, color scheme and lighting. I got more than I was expecting and am forever grateful. “Oak Alley, Inc. did a complete update to a large storage home on our property with insulation, sealing windows, adding insulation, power and a heating and air unit (and helped clean it out on top of it all), built a new beautiful mailbox and updated and repaired a few things within the residence (new bathroom towel bars, re-caulking shower and tub, etc.). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded expectations and have already spoken of additional projects and updates with them. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company cares and work hard to make one's renovations go smoothly. I would highly recommend Oak Alley, Inc.”

“I called Iron City Builders to price replacement of rotted masonite around my chimney and patch eaves. They responded same day and set an appointment to view the work. They provided a written estimate and discussed options for the repairs the next day. Once approved they completed the work in one day. They did a quality job, very timely and responsive, great price, and left everything tidy and neat. In today's competitive market it's hard to find someone who shows up on schedule and provides good value and quality work. Iron City Builders did a great job for me.”

“During the month of August 2012, I contacted Harmony Remodeling, Inc. for an estimate/consultation to do some renovations on our property primarily on the outside of my house. We needed repairs to a basement leaking every time it rained. The following projects were completed to my satisfaction: replace french drain in crawlspace, re-grade front yard, build rock retaining wall, tie in and re-route downspouts, remove and replace lower section of driveway, replace garage doors, remove gutters and replace with larger gutters, and waterproof entire basement wall. I was very pleased with the respectful workers and the outstanding workmanship.”

“Michael Jacobson helped me with a complicated set of problems when I purchased an older home. To move in to a livable dwelling, a lot was required to get the very old wet basement into good shape, as well as significant upgrades and repairs to existing plumbing and air systems. This involved a variety of workers across several trades, skills, and professions including masonry, landscaping, plumbing, and heating/air. Michael knew all the right people to do good work for affordable prices. He followed up when necessary on a long list of tasks. I recommend Michael as a contractor for tough jobs involving many different elements and a tight budget.”
