After a couple of days DPS issued a clear professional price list and timeline chart. Ralph informed us about everything that was to be carried out each week. His workers always turned up on time in the mornings and left the house clean. We thank Ralph and his team, they were all working fast, clean and very professional. “I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“We have used Glenward twice now. Firstly for a side and rear extension, then again for a loft conversion. Our Edwardian house had some complexities to overcome; every hurdle was discussed and the outcome favourable. They are a multi-trades company who has a great work ethic, doesn’t cut corners and produces excellent results. Graham and his team have worked with him for years and are a friendly close knit team. No doubt when we move again, they would be our go-to builder for any renovation or building works.”

“This extensive six month refurbishment of a 4 bedroomed house involved moving walls, installing under floor heating, bathrooms and kiitchen. We found the workforce to be congenial, punctual, respectful and honest. Their leader, Julius has an eye for design which was very helpful. Overall, a trauma free experience. That was delivered on time and in budget. The Russo has our full recommendation for building services.”
