“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company. “We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. We are very happy with the end result and glad we went with Ron and Hawk Design Build.”

“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

They are able to do the straight forward simple task as well as be able to come up with some very creative and beautiful designs to solve whatever problems I have had at my homes or business locations. “We moved into our home, Hemlock Ridge, that Kaizen Homes built in 2016. The whole process from beginning to move in was well planned, professional, and very collaborative between the builder, Jonathan Landry, and ourselves. He uses software that organizes the selection process for fixtures, trims etc. for the customer. This was extremely helpful. He was careful with our budget and if issues or concerns came up they were communicated immediately. Jonathan and his team did a quality job in every aspect of our home. We had no issues after our move in. I would highly recommend Jonathan as a home builder!”

“Nemec completed a remodel on a rental that I own & did excellent work! Total kitchen renovation, update to two baths, replaced all flooring, repair to damaged areas from previous tenants, etc. They were great to work with & very understanding when the budget stretched some & I needed a little extra time.”
