“During a process in which we asked multiple contractors to provide us with plans, ideas and costs to undertake an aggressive remodeling of a 1960’s side split that we recently purchased, we put both our money and faith in Craig and Andrew of Ecnomus Fine Homes & Renovations. Not only did Andrew and Craig meet our financial goals but they provided us with some very interesting ideas and interpretations of the project we had outlined. As confident as we were in the decision to hire Ecnomus at the beginning, our confidence and trust only grew during the project. We appreciated the enthusiasm Ecnomus brought to the project, which was matched by the many sub-trades that Andrew and Craig brought to supplement their talents. We appreciated Andrew and Craig’s full disclosure of the costs, schedule and budget whenever asked during the process. More importantly, Craig and Andrew were as concerned as we were with maintaining our budget without sacrificing quality. We appreciated the systems, finishes and materials recommended and used by Ecnomus throughout the project. Our trim and cabinetry are two examples of recommendations made by Andrew and Craig that once installed exceeded our expectations. The house we purchased has become something that far exceeds the vision we originally had when undertaking this project and we attribute a significant amount of the credit to the efforts of Andrew, Craig, Ecnomus and their various sub-trades. “Excellent workmanship, very helpful designer on staff with great ideas. Their motto is "done right...on time" and they stand by it. Project came in on budget (other than changes we requested along the way) with no surprises. We lived in the home during renovation and contractors were courteous and accommodating. Would use Slotegraaf again for future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.”
