“EXCELLANCE// is the only word i can say.. I am more than happy with the work i have just had done it started as a small job but i soon found more, i had my main roof ridge tiles redone also my sunroom roof retiled the interior ceiling redone and some AMAZING woodwork they are meticulous in their work a VERY HIGH standard, very tidy courteous good time keepers, they use all good quality materials and i am about to have a large fish pond dug in...i cant recommend them enough!!!!”

“Working with Linda from No471 was a dream! Not only is she a perfectionist with an eye for detail: she listened to what I needed and understood immediately how to achieve the best possible outcome. I had a spacious “summer room” at the back of my property that was no longer fit for purpose and I needed it transformed into a comfortable Beauty Treatment Room. “Wow! Kelly has given us some much more than a home, rather we have a multitude of spaces where we can relax, escape, socialise, cook, entertain, sleep, and play. We love it and the kids adore it. It's way beyond anything we would have been capable of doing and everyone who sees it gets house-envy! And it was so stress-free, everything was on time, and somehow from our brief of a few picture ripped from a magazine, Kelly has created a kid-proof, beautiful, unique and high-end design on an 'IKEA-like' budget. We just hope she doesn't get too booked up so she still has time to come and do our London house as well!”

“Our major project had 3 distinct phases, which at the outset could have been either 3 projects or an integrated project. We were so happy with the first renovation project of the historic barn that we progressed with the extension to, and renovation of, our period farmhouse and the creation of a linked pool and leisure area. James at Bournesouth coordinated the tender processes, assembled and managed the team of builders and allied trades (from people he knew, had worked with and were used to working as a team) to deliver a first class project on time and on budget. His intimate knowledge of the processes and the interaction/potential conflicts of the specialist trades allowed him to anticipate issues before they arose and in close consultation with us to deliver the project to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend Bournesouth and James for delivering the project beyond our expectations in turning a great design into a beautiful home.”
