It was completed on budget within the timeline given. “Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”

“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“Dave Hepler not only builds a beautiful home, he also does a great job completing repairs to other homes as needed. I have had my real estate license in the area for nearly thirteen years and gone through numerous home inspections. Many of my clients use Dave and Hepler Homes for all types of repairs from new roofs, entire exterior wall replacements, and replacement of entire electrical systems. Dave and his crew work fast, in a clean manner and they are highly efficient, often facilitating a closing to be on time because of their great competence. “Starting with a major kitchen reno, followed by an air sealing project, and starting next week a siding job. Absolutely hands down the most trustworthy contractor I have ever worked with. Richard Lensis has stood 100% behind his work since day 1, through 2 major projects so far. A third major project is scheduled to start next week and I have zero concerns the work will be done right the first time, or that Richard will ensure things are made right.”

“Working with K-one Corporation was a great experience. They are very honest, friendly and helpful and I really love the work they did to build my home. My house was very old my plan was to build a new home in this property so I was looking for a builder and I found K-one Corporation. I told them what I want and my budget and they work with me even though ended up pay more money but I love every part of my home.”

“I worked with George Asher homes on (2) project everyone was completed with out Incident. The first project was a complete remodel of a home. He took it from being dated 1960 to having an open floor plan and looking like a million dollar home. The second project that I was involved in was relocating a vent stack in a high-rise condo building. If you are looking for a contractor this is the one for you. There is no project too small or too big for George Asher Homes to complete!”

“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet. I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home. Otis J.
