We invited more than 7 or 8 builders to give us a quote for our one storey extension and we'd made up our minds within 30 seconds that most of them weren't the right builders for us. With Nicky, it was the opposite and we knew from the off that he was the right builder. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all a perfectionist which clearly came across, and nothing less than a perfect job would do for him.
