“We chose Smith and Son Renovation and Extensions Tweed Heads to repair our existing house that had extensive water problems due to initial build quality. Our first impressions of Andrew and Lynn were that they were very professional. Their office was nicely appointed and well presented and they appeared well organised and knowledgeable about the building processes and requirements. As a result we chose to move ahead with them and the renovation process began. From the very start they were well organised and kept us up to date on what was happening with the council and allowed us to choose the start date. The people working for Smith and son were amazingly polite, considerate and capable of high quality workmanship. While renovations can be tedious it wasn't this way. The workmen went out of their way to consider us and even developed a friendship with our son, who loved seeing them everyday. The project was quite a large one but we feel we got great value for money.
