“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. “I had my bathroom completely remodeled through ECO design PRO. Ori Sakal and his workers removed my bathtub liner and replaced it with a stand up shower. They also installed tile on the walls and floor as well as a new double sink vanity. All The materials were purchased by me with the guide and advises of Ori Sakal. Ori told me the process would take a 2-3 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks and that's due to some previous work that was done by my plumber in which he did a few things wrong and Ori had to fix them. Ori Sakal did a good job and the new bathroom came out more than I expected and it showed me that there are great contractors that can do a good job at reasonable priced.”
