“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“Bill and his team were recommended to us by some friends who had work done by the them. We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Bill reconfigured the layout to allow us to also have space for a downstairs toilet/wet room and also a laundry room. He did all of this without compromising on the other key features we wanted to incorporate into our new kitchen/family room and study area. Bill also suggested installing 5 Bi-Fold doors across the back of the house instead of the planned windows and patio doors and the result is amazing. We now have maximum light and a feeling of space all day long as well as an uninterrupted view of the garden. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough. They are friendly, trustworthy and reliable - exactly what you want when you have strangers working in your home”

“Daron and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the very first meeting, he set realistic expectations, and showed his knowledge, experience and expertise. He gave a competitive quote, and was careful not to over-promise and under-deliver. The quality of the work was above what we expected, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even going the extra mile by, for example, painting additional spaces for consistency. The job was a complete first floor refurb after a devastating fire and we were vulnerable and in shock. Daron’s calm and professional approach was reassuring, and the communication was regular, clear and excellent (we lived offsite). The work was completed ahead of schedule. “We were looking for a Builder/Designer to help us with our house refurbishment, New garage, large rear extension including new kitchen, conversion of integral garage to a bedroom and utility room, refurbishment of existing bathrooms and rear garden landscaping, Chris from Fresh Approach was very professional and walked us through all the options many of which we hadn't thought of. The quote we received from him was the most detailed everything from skips through to decorating was covered. The building both started and finished on time and the quoted price was very accurate. The employees and all the contractors were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. In summary Fresh Approach are very skilled, experienced and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them for any building project.”
