“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. “I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

“We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

They are able to do the straight forward simple task as well as be able to come up with some very creative and beautiful designs to solve whatever problems I have had at my homes or business locations. “Nemec completed a remodel on a rental that I own & did excellent work! Total kitchen renovation, update to two baths, replaced all flooring, repair to damaged areas from previous tenants, etc. They were great to work with & very understanding when the budget stretched some & I needed a little extra time.”

“My wife and I embarked on an in city build of our home in Asheville after falling in love with this small city and stumbling upon a rare available lot quite walkable to downtown. The year prior to this, when we were quite content to rent longterm, we went with close friends who were eager to build here on a tour of Jade Mountain built homes locally. We were immediately drawn to the craftsmanship, intelligent livability and homey style of all 5 projects we saw that day and mentally pocketed that info for the future. So when our lot became available, we never hesitated to start all of our design/build planning discussions exclusively with Jade. It is more than a year later from that time, in fact we just moved into our completed home this week, and we couldn't be more pleased not just with the outcome but with the journey. No build project can be stress free, God knows. But Jade has in house teams of craftsman and we count all of the 20-25 or so team members we encountered as vested friends in our project. Urban neighbor challenges came up early in the build process and without the ever present humor and respectful good nature of Jade's workers, we would not have fared so well. We really can't say enough about the quality of our home's build, coupled with a process where we were listened to and valued every step of the way. But perhaps most of all, the Jade Mountain team is as proud and excited about our completed project as we are. Hans Doellgast has assembled a great group of folks to work with, top quality from start to finish.”
