“We used Urban Living for our full renovation. We met with Rafal and immediately connected and as this was our first building project we found this really helpful. We were provided a competitive quote and then followed up several references so we could see his team’s work. Once the build got underway we dealt with Rafal on a daily basis. The whole team were hard working and professional, and this was also recognised by our neighbours who gave positive comments about them. We are happy to recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! We will get the Assembld team back to covert our loft once we have the budget next year. Thanks again, 5* from us. Oli and Vanessa”

“I would whole heartedly recommended Peter and his company for any building work you were considering; we would definitely use him again. We are the owners of Francis Road shown on Future Shapes London`s site on Houzz. As you can see it was a full house renovation: rebuilding everything from the roof to front path. Where Future Shapes London really stood out was in there professional and personal service: we met with Peter on a weekly basis and he was always prompt in replying to e-mails and calls. Peter provided great advice that saved us money without ever compromising on quality workmanship and safety. The company delivered on timescales and always used their time effectively: we viewed the work on a weekly basis and were always impressed by how well the work was project managed and also how they respected the house despite the amount of work which was being carried out. Again, we would highly recommended Future Shapes London. .”

“Alchemy build have completed several projects for us over the years. Aaron and his team have always been communicative, professional and easy to work with. Our extensive home refurbishment was completed within the agreed timescale. Aaron offered us honest advice and suggestions throughout the project based on their experience and expertise. Sometimes this meant adjusting plans to avoid pitfalls down the line, which in hindsight saved us a fortune. Aaron also made us aware of some aspects of the project we were spending unnecessarily on, allowing us to re-evaluate our budget allocation. Ultimately, the team went over and above and exceeded our expectations. We received compliments about the house from friends and family, many who have now gone into contract with Alchemy to carry out their home renovations following the work they completed for us. “Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”
