The team of builders employed by Daniel were polite, hard-working, tidy, respectful and highly skilled. My wife and I have high standards on finish, and the plastering particularly was excellent. The whole extension and garage utility work was well project managed and when challenges arose (mainly around our kitchen from Wren), Daniel was calm and helpful to help resolve any issues and did a lot more to help than any other tradesman I've come across (parts did not come as planned, not DK's fault). This is my fourth house refurb and by far the best. We are so happy, and really proud of our extension. The comments by friends and family have been outstanding.”

“Wanted to leave a review for Shak and his team based on the work he did for us. I needed various aspects of my house building work completed, both small and large in scope. I've detailed below the work we undertook and what I thought. His skill set from what I could see ranges from many trades (a testament to his builders IQ) including plumbing, bricklaying, plastering among among others. He was punctual & polite. Bathrooms Fully renovated both bathrooms, Shak did the full teardown, followed by extensive plumbing on the new sink, bathtub and the towel rail. He also did all the tiling on both walls and floors. His work was very professional and clean, I must confess the level of accuracy and professionalism he demonstrated was what anyone could ask for. Not a quality you can easily find in this trade! Doors + Frames Installed full oak doors and the respective door frames. He did over 3 new door frames and 8 doors in total with handles, hinges and full measurements done to the millimeter. Excellent work. Roof Apex Fixed Our last builders (Kingfisher) left us in a bind with poor and shoddy workmanship in various areas of the house. So we had Shak and his team rectify this for us. The roof was of particular note. He completed the cutting correctly and managed to get our roof looking very well done, as opposed to the mess the last guys left us in.”

Within a 3 month window and through national lockdown this company have managed to stick to tight timescales, source alternative products when deliveries failed and have constantly chased up product providers to ensure the least amount of stress and impact to my family and home. My friends and family have been wowed by my statement kitchen and especially the roll-top bath in the master that FortisConstruction&Development have made possible. The workmen used by this company have been outstanding, to the extent of bespoke skirting boards being made to complete the look of our victorian home and a unique light fitting both of which were not on the jobs list but due to the passion for detail from mick the builder made all the difference. The quality and attention to detail is 2nd to none and I will trust FortisConstruction&Development with any future work needed in the coming years. We went with this company due to their initial quote but we have had so much more for our money through service, advice and trustworthy teams. The biggest plus I found was I was able to let the project be managed with very little impact needed from me other than design choices which is great when you work full time.
