“We wanted to build in the Redlynch area. I visited an open home in the beaches area and liked what we saw. We did not purchase that home. A few weeks we asked the agent who built that home and found out that it belonged to Tim Kelly who I follow up. At this time he was building another, which we inspected many times. After that we decided to go ahead with Phil Kelly as the builder. We bought a block of land and contacted Phil Kelly to build. We had a rough plan drawn on a piece of paper and passed it on, from that time Phil Kelly done everything, including the landscaping. The result, we could not be happier with the out come, house built without any need to worry about the contract, just good people to do business with.”

The entire build process, including variations, was carried out in a very efficient and professional manner by all tradespeople involved. Several neighbours commented that the crew were very courteous, and the site was neat and tidy at all stages of the build.
