“I used Le Roi and his team for my extension project. Le Roi helped us with the overall design of our extension right down to the details of where sockets, spot lights and light switches would be located and took our project from the initial drawings and designs all the way through to managing the build and making sure that everything was signed off correctly in regards to planning permission, structural calculations and building control. “Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. All painting and decotrating was done by them within the time frame i wanted and around my budget. I would Highly recommend this company .”

I was looking for one company to manage the Design and Build of my project, and have one contact throughout. They are very professional and friendly. I was looking to extend my kitchen but undecided on the Design but Refresh had their own Project Manager and Designer who gave me their expert advice whilst taking my requirements and budget into consideration. “2nd Generation Building Services has completed two extension projects on my fairly ordinary 3-bedroom semi in Birmingham. In both cases, Nick Jones has projected managed the whole exercise wonderfully! Right from the beginning, there was full consultation about what I wanted and the project quote was very reasonable and detailed. Once accepted, I had a full project chart, which gave me a clear idea of how the project was going to pan out over several weeks. Nick has either been here, texted or emailed every day, so that I have known which professional to expect - builders, roofers, plasterers, electricians etc - and the timings have all been adhered to. He has been flexible about possible changes as we went along and has been an excellent source of advice throughout. I have confidently been on holiday and left him to it!
