“Don Chapman of Chapman Design developed the design for a screened porch and covered pation addition to our 20 yr old home. The design developed was unique, met our needs, and blended with the style of our home. We selected the construction branch of this group, ICON, to build our addition. Doug Chapman provided project management from start to finish. All contractors were professional, skilled, and easy with which to communicate. Day to day communication from Doug was thorough but not disruptive to our work days. Don continued to provided design input. The project was finished on time and within budget. We love, love, love our screened porch and covered patio. Would highly recommend both Chapman Design and ICON construction.”

“Arcon Architects & Builders designed and built our wonderful house on Lake Keowee in Seneca South Carolina. Their professional expertise coupled with years of practical experience ensured the house not only met our family's needs but was built on time and within budget. By carefully assessing the building site Arcon ensured the house afforded great lake views from every room while minimizing the need to remove mature hardwood trees that I so love. They coupled the site plan with wonderful architectural features like 3 foot overhangs to minimize afternoon sun and allow the windows to stay open even during the rain ! In addition the cantilevered deck affords a sense of "floating over the lake" while maximizing the views from the lower level rooms. Oh .. and did I mention the screen porch and stone fireplace, the barrel vaulted front entry, the beams and massive stone fireplace in the great room .. and and and ! They just did a great job for us !”

“I hired Ridgeline to do a complete buildout of a commercial property for use as a restaurant. To my knowledge, Ridgeline had no prior experience with such a project, but they couldn't have been more professional and competent. Ray Foral, one of the principals, obviously takes great personal pride in every job he does. What I remember most was a professionalism and intelligence that was on a level that you just don't see in the construction industry. By the end of this project, I felt like I had a partner that I could completely trust to make decisions on my behalf. To top it all off, the final tally came in under budget! “My wife and I knew that building our dream home might be the most significant financial decision we ever make, and choosing the builder for that home would be one of, if not the most important part. Out of the thousands of decisions we had to make during the process, I can honestly say that choosing to work with Ryan Miller Builders was the best one. When our family moved back to Greenville from Chicago, we bought a home that Ryan had built for another client and lived there for 3 years, so I knew the quality was there. It wasn’t until we decided to work with him, however, that I truly understood why friends who had used him were so enthusiastic about their experience. “Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. We have renovated all of the homes we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been most pleased with Doug. He is a consummate professional and runs a great company.
