“I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . “We hired K-H Custom Home Solutions to remodel the shower in our master bathroom after we had the shower pan replaced. The replacement effort destroyed much of the original wall tile. That tile was 25 years old and was used throughout the room. It was also used in the our other 2 bathrooms.. But it is impossible to find new tiles that match the original color. We needed a remodel that used a different tile color but that blended seamlessly with the rest of the room and would enhance the appearance instead of looking like a repair or add-on. Fortunately, we found K-H and Ken Jones, the owner. Ken and his crew did a fantastic job. It was so well done that one really can't tell where the new tile work begins, and yet the shower stall is much more elegant than the original one. We couldn't be more pleased. Ken is a real professional and his crew are skilled craftsmen who strive for perfection in their work. We will definitely hire them for any future work on our house.”

“I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Spencer Wolfe and his team by a mutual client. Our first meeting was a little like a "blind date" in that we had not previously met or discussed their bathroom project but we hit it off in the best professional way possible. Spencer listens to his clients and other professionals. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. Loops was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was clear in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well. He is a gifted carpenter and the custom cabinetry he designed and executed are perfect. What I appreciated most about Chris was his keen ability to get answers. What he did not know off the top of his head, he knew exactly where to go. I never waited more than a few minutes to hear solutions about location, equipment, cost of materials, labor and time management. With Chris on site, my day-to-day operations were always in good hands. In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. Chris along with his professional staff never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Mr. Loops took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house. The only complexity in working with Mr. Loops is that, as he himself will tell you, good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Our project took time to complete, but the estimation was 100% accurate. Palo Alto Building Company under promised, and over delivered in every aspect of the project! We had a wonderful outcome and a work of art to enjoy now.”
