“We had Stattonrock Design and Build our home (our first new home!) and we were amazed by the design and working with their team was a dream! I now come home everyday and look forward to cooking in my beautiful kitchen designed for real life and entertaining! I love every detail and our home is everything I imagined it could be! Ray and Randi did an excellent job on the interior design details and Dan was so accommodating, understanding and professional! “Archie of Kardian Costruction and the team who were on our renovation project were amazing! These guys were above and beyond; courteous and gentlemanly. Archie Kobes was the head contractor. Harry Lowen did the bulk of the construction and finishing. Our reno or house rebuild was a big project which involved removal of a wall to provide the open concept kitchen/living area we were wanting plus the upstairs of a large open master suite and bath, walk-in closet, 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. This project had several surprises that presented with unwelcome challenges. These guys are thinkers with 'can do' attitudes. We lived in our home all through the renovation! These guys were so easy to have around our home and because they were so tidy and considerate, the stress level during the construction phase was very bearable. We can hardly believe this is the same home. It was pretty decent prior to the reno but now it is drop-dead gorgeous! I would like to include some stunning photos but I did not see a way to attach them in the review I sent in on this company so this is a duplicate. Review. I have decent photos on my phone but I may loose this page again if I try to access them now. Thank you!”

We have had a number of home improvement jobs completed by both in the past are working with them again for our latest home purchase. I almost hate to help generate business for them as I want more of their time for our projects!”

“We had them do a main floor reno including kitchen, our basement suite kitchen, and our master bathroom as well. They were excellent to work with from the design phase all the way to deficiencies. Their desire to give us the best possible outcome was evident throughout the process. All extra charges (the inevitable addition of scope to the project as it went along) were documented and agreed on before work happened. They have definitely gone the extra mile on every concern we have had. Their workers were respectful and pleasant to have in the home. I am thrilled with the final result of their work. I highly recommend going to their new showroom on Marshall Rd, their displays and friendly staff will be very helpful to you”
