“Firstly, I would like to thank Flavio Da Costa, Murilo (project manager) & his team for their work on our 3 bed property – they were amazing! Throughout the 4 month process, the work was progressing faster than schedule, as well as keeping to a very high standard. We had undertaken a whole house refurbishment - which includes but not limited to; wall demolishment’s, full house electrical rewiring, flooring, door replacements, decorating, bathroom, heaters, skirtings, stair bannister, kitchen – basically everything possible! Flavio & his team not only performed the work we requested, but it is evident they care about their work, and their work is not ‘just a job’. We were kept well informed throughout the process; communication was clear, fair and prompt. Flavio & his team were recommended to us from a friend, and I can see why becuase we are very happy with the entire process and final output – we would 100% recommend this company for any jobs you may have (big or small!).”

“Fresh home builders did the conplete fit out of the Maitre Choux store in South Kensington. While it was not an straightforward location, they managed the building site very well and provided a very high end level of results which has been praised by our customers since we opened. They have also been responsive when it came to coming back for touch ups and small repairs, which has been very convenient. I would recommend them and use them again.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“James and his team were incredibly professional throughout the project. The design ideas and the building work involved to “make them happen” were exemplary. The management and communication of expectations and price as we uncovered challenging issues with the cottage were also very clear and easy to understand from a layman perspective. With reference to COVID, the team were always very respectful of the necessary working practices and despite materials being somewhat scarce there were no delays to the completion of the project.”

Daniel was very patient with us throughout the whole process given short notice and was able to come through for us providing a full time superintendent on site. He was very cooperative and stayed in constant communication with us throughout and given changes in scheduling and making sure we had the best person at job site to complete task. “We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“Having been initially impressed by Nick's work on his own home, my first contact with him was some years ago when he designed a loft conversion for me at a previous address. I therefore had no hesitation in asking him to design and help oversee the work at my new house in 2016, which involved expanding a shower room in a loft conversion within its existing planning remit and re-modelling the downstairs living area. In the loft, he successfully doubled the size of my shower room. In the living area, one of the drawbacks was that the house is mid-terrace Edwardian and it can be quite dark. Nick specialises in maximising light and he used glass in a way that has transformed the property while still retaining the character of the original building. I was also struggling for storage space and he was able to create much more which, while unobtrusive, more than meets my needs. Nick's is straightforward and friendly to deal with and I'd certainly recommend him.”
