“As a veteran listing agent, Victoria has proven to be my "Secret Weapon" when preparing my listings for sale. I provide her services "free" (prepaid) to my clients, regardless of the home's condition. Some homes appear perfect to me, but Victoria always has an eye on accenting the assets of the home -- which increases the Buyer's excitement and inevitably the offering price, too. Her creativity is unmatched. Victoria recently stapled inexpensive burlap over dated upholstered cornices to neutralize the 70's fabric (fabulous results!), and provided shopping services for accessories. I also recommend her book as a pre-listing 'drop-off' to introduce clients to the value and reason for staging. "TIPS FOR HOME SELLERS: 258 Tips for preparing your house to sell quickly and for top dollar." {NOTE: I hired her for my own use and transformed my bedroom/bathroom into a retreat with one can of paint and rearranged furniture. We sat down with the builder and the realtor and democratically selected all the finishes. The realtor sold the five built townhouses in three weeks at more than the list price of $675k. The buzz has been tremendous. The finishes are a great compliment to the architecture.”

“Robyn has been staging my house in order to sell it. She came in and and started with a consult on my entire house. She then provided a list of what I should do for each room. There were things on the list that I did not understand. I could not see how they would change the room. She has shopped with me for pillows and items that would help make my house look like a house that someone would want to buy. She has help me pick out paint colors for certain rooms and paint colors for rooms that needed it. She has been there every step of the way and my house has been transformed. She has an eye which is incredible. She has picked colors that I would never have picked and they look great. I would hire Robyn as a home stager again and I would also hire her as an interior designer. She is fun and easy to work with.”
