“We were referred to Stage-it from a friend when looking for a stager to help update our 13-year-old, 2- bedroom condo into selling shape fast after already buying our new home. We had the pleasure of working with Erin who has excellent attention to detail and a great eye for colour and modern, minimal design. She knew exactly what areas we needed to focus on and how to get the most bang for our buck during a quick turnaround. Erin also has a very capable contractor who did plenty of needed touch-ups to our place. These included repainting every room, fixing damaged drywall, damaged wood panels and more. All the work was done on time and the place was left immaculately clean after the contractor's work. Erin was very generous with her time and gave us a lot of direction in terms of how to declutter and brought many accent pieces including artwork, light fixtures, chairs, side tables, plants, linens, throws and pillows -- yet was able to work with quite a bit of the existing furniture to keep us well within a modest budget. The transformation was dramatic and we fell back in love with our place when she was done -- but still had to sell it. We received our asking offer for the condo after only 2 weeks on the market, during a slow summer for condo sales. We couldn't recommend Stage-it more highly. It was worth every penny to ensure our beautiful condo got the value it deserved and knowing we put our best foot forward.”
