He walks you through options and ideas, maps out the step by step process to ensure the "impact" to the rest of the home is as minimal as possible, he is 100% professional and his work is impeccable. The ideas we had when starting the project were good - but Ken put incredible detail into his work that made the rooms amazing. He is worth every penny!! “Craig provides excellent customer service, and professional carpentry (a rare find these days). He was able to put some of my antiques together for use, and repair broken parts. How many people nowadays would know how to do that???? He is responsive, shows up ON TIME, ON SCHEDULE, and works a solid day. No breaks, no iphone interruptions, just honest hard work. And great results. I will be going to him in future for whatever I need. I don't need to get 3 other bids: I have found my one source.”
