A few days after picking out our slab, Counter Culture arrived for the installation. The installers were friendly and professional.     “From the moment I contacted this company, their customer service was first class. Whether I texted, called or emailed, I always got a prompt reply from the officer and or the installers. They explained the job in detail so I would understand the process. When the guys came to first measure and then install the countertops, they were very respectful of my home and even played with the dogs to calm them down, before getting to work. They even recommended adding a backsplash using the same stone since there was some leftover. I found this extremely helpful since this is a brand new kitchen and we weren't sure how to finish it. I highly recommend them.”

    “Marina is a wonderful designer and has a wonderful selection of tile at her newly opened store. This is the third time I have used her for selecting tile for a major rennovation.Within a few minutes she had selected two great choices, unique and beautiful. While you can wander for days looking for options, she picked two backsplash options based upon my floor, counter and cabinet samples in ten minutes. My kitchen looks like a million bucks and the backsplash makes it! She previously selected tiles for my new bathroom and helped with the bathroom, and also backsplasmfor another kitchen.Although I am a homeowner, she is well known for her work with designers in the Washinton DC area. I highly recommend her, and her bath and kitchen tile store.”

    “We were referred to Advanced Granite Solutions by our cabinet provider. We walked in and talked to Hailee and she was great she showed us around their yard and let us pick a few favorites to get prices on. I had a sample from another location I was in love with and she matched it and gave us a price on that as well. We choose the one I had the sample of and they came out to measure. They were back after the cabinets were ready and the counter tops when in great. Great customer service and a friendly install crew, no complaints.”
