Second, when I called the company and asked for care instructions for my new countertops, someone got right back with me, answered my questions, and sent me a brochure with detailed care instructions. Third, I happened to be at the new house when the installation team showed up. They didn't mind my watching their work, and they were most polite and professional to me while they were working hard to install their beautiful product. Additionally, more than one of them thanked me for my business! I have had to deal with many companies during this new building process, and Coastal has been a high point for me.
