“From the moment I contacted this company, their customer service was first class. Whether I texted, called or emailed, I always got a prompt reply from the officer and or the installers. They explained the job in detail so I would understand the process. When the guys came to first measure and then install the countertops, they were very respectful of my home and even played with the dogs to calm them down, before getting to work. They even recommended adding a backsplash using the same stone since there was some leftover. I found this extremely helpful since this is a brand new kitchen and we weren't sure how to finish it. I highly recommend them.”

“Brittany was one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. She assisted me with picking out porcelain tile and backsplash. She is very knowledgeable with the products she sells. I feel she gave me a very reasonable price and also set up delivery to my home. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. She even met me on her day off!!!!”

Her ability to authenticate the necessary product for the job at hand is executed to the 'nth' degree so everything comes together just as anticipated. “We have been using Tile Market for a few years now and they are awesome! We love working with everyone who answers the phone down there, and although we are a smaller account for them, we are treated like we are their biggest customer. Very friendly people, HUGE showroom, and great service. Always deliver on time without any complaints. Quality of material is always grade A. Tile market is about 30 minutes from us and we will not stop making the trip for our materials as long as they are in the area!”

The selection sheets are accurate and drawings for designs provided are helpful when running the Project. Their show room is beautiful with a huge selection of tile. I also must commend them on their follow up and a attention to detail. When back orders or problems arise they are working on solutions before I even know there is a problem. This is a well run company which I would highly recommend.”
