“This is the 2nd flooring project Wallett's has done for us. The first was ceramic tile in a small powder room. This project was recarpeting our entire 2nd floor (4 bedrooms and hallway including the stairs). The entire installations took 2 days. The installers were very professional and inconvenience was minimal. The furniture was placed back exactly where it belonged. Removal of the old carpeting and cleanup after installation of the new carpeting was excellent. Wallett's is a family owned store with great customer service and wonderful prices. We could have shopped at the huge national chains but we chose to support a small, local business. The owners know us by name and were very helpful throughout the entire process- from selection through delivery and installation. They even sent us a hand written thank you note. Lovely, personal touch!”

“Down East Fabrications did a great job on our kitchen counters, sink and faucet replacement. It looks great! We have had lots of compliments and many people thought we had replaced all of our kitchen cabinets (even though we didn't) because our kitchen looked so much nicer now. It was very out dated before this remodel. The service was great and prices are very good too!”

“From the moment I contacted this company, their customer service was first class. Whether I texted, called or emailed, I always got a prompt reply from the officer and or the installers. They explained the job in detail so I would understand the process. When the guys came to first measure and then install the countertops, they were very respectful of my home and even played with the dogs to calm them down, before getting to work. They even recommended adding a backsplash using the same stone since there was some leftover. I found this extremely helpful since this is a brand new kitchen and we weren't sure how to finish it. I highly recommend them.”

“Adair's is almost finished putting in new flooring in our entire house. New carpeting upstairs and new hardwood downstairs as well as new floor in all the bathrooms. They have been great! Very helpful and patient while I was triing to make my choices. They had good suggestions and made every effort to keep me within my budget. Everything is finished except for one room and we couldn't be happier. They hardwood is beautiful and the carpet is luxurious. I would recommend them highly to anyone.”

Her ability to authenticate the necessary product for the job at hand is executed to the 'nth' degree so everything comes together just as anticipated. “Can't say enough about the experience we had - it was outstanding. We had our entire kitchen redone including cabinets, counter tops and flooring. The design was perfect, the service was impeccable and the people were amazing. We visited other companies in the Carroll County area who claimed to be able to handle our job. But there always seemed to be something missing. And we were tired of high pressure sales tactics and sales people who didn't really listen. Simply Stone ended up being our last stop. We felt at home here. Wished we'd skipped all the others and just started here first.”
