“Neuse Tile installed the backsplash in our kitchen. It was a fairly small job, but they still provided good customer service. They were helpful in the design phase, providing suggestions and working with us to get the look we wanted. On the day they installed the backsplash, they were punctual. The supervisor went over the plans with me to make sure it was installed the way we had planned. The 2 installers worked for about 6 hours straight to complete the job and were very considerate and respectful. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, it is complete, well finished and looks great.”

“The July 17 is the black splash in our new kitchen. Jim did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him. Please visit his showroom as well. There are lots of options. The BIG PLUS is his showroom with multiple tiles and designs available for viewing. He took an my "thoughts" and made it a reality.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Sam and his very talented crew! Our new house project involved multiple bathrooms, flooring and a kitchen backsplash. Several of the tile designs were quite intricate, but the installers were very meticulous and did a fine job! Sam went above and beyond in many aspects to handle the whole job...his customer service was superb! Working with CSM was highlight on this project! I would highly recommend them!”

“Jill & Frank were wonderful to work with for both my kitchen granite and master bath vanity. They were so helpful and patient and priced very reasonably. The entire team was very nice on installation day, and there were no problems at all. I was worried about an outlet in the bathroom but they got the backsplash just right. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone!”
