The owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my ideas before he then gave me lots of suggestions and advice. The choice of tiles is amazing and the prices extremely competitive. “After some extensive research, we found The Victorian Floor Company. Phil and the team spent several days replacing our tied worn-out Minton tile floor. The results are fabulous and the heated floor they installed at the same time works beautifully. The floor has been down for several years now and it still looks like new and creates a stunning finish to the entrance and downstairs hall. “Chris came and measured up for our new fireplace. Within a couple of days, he had fitted our quartz shelf which finished it off. Amazing service, highly rated. We will use again without a doubt. “I originally bought porcelain floor tiles from North Tiles and Stone Centre during a recent bathroom renovation project and was very impressed with the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble for staff and their knowledge of the products they stock is excellent. I then had unexpected problems obtaining the specific wall tiles I wanted - which were key to the bathroom theme - and Mark at North Tiles stepped in and was able to source the tiles and have them delivered to store at the earliest opportunity. I would have no problem in recommending this company.”

“After having my new conservatory fitted. I wanted a special type of floor fitting. I was worried that what I wanted would be costly and an issue for the fitter. Peter completed the job with a cracking deal and superb finish to the floor which looks outstanding. I'm really happy with the whole job from start to finish.”
