“I have hired Mike for numerous projects. From Bathroom tile, kitchen floor, carpentry, and rebuilding my shed that was about to collapse. Mike has done fantastic work on every project. However, the best part of working with Mike is his honesty and integrity. If he says he will be there, you can count on it. On a few occassions he has even offered cheaper alternatives due to his experience because he understands the value of his name. The best review I can leave is that I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have hired him and I always get positive feedback from them. There are no negatives with hiring Mike. “They came in and did demo due to the old wood rotting face, of the bath. In which had an awkward step in resulting in knee or foot pain while going in or going out. Due to height issues. They then added a step and amazing tile work and this resolved so many issues and looks fantastic!!”

“Wife and I remodeled a 20 year old bath with pedestal sink, fiberglass triangle shower, Sheetrock walls, closet on outside wall that was not insulated, noisey fan, and dated tile floor . Compared most tile stores in area, zen stonework was the most helpful, time, suggestions, many samples, returned phone calls , and Mark the manager was excellent to work with. With all decisions made, we still needed a demo person. They gave me a person to do the job reasonable and talented. Zen worked well with plum. , elec, demo , glass , but the best news was the quality of there work. The tile is patterned , grouted beautiful, and there ideas on shower drain, base, and work around the med cabinet is excellent. We plan to use them again on our down stairs bath.”

“I looked and looked for a good, local tile company, and I got a GREAT one! I am so impressed with The Tile Gallery of Amherst, NH. From the front store, where the staff expertly helped select our tile, to installation, I could not be happier. These guys pulled my kitchen together so nicely with an absolutely beautiful backsplash. Installation was so smooth - professional, neat, respectful and highly talented - these are all the things you want in your tile guy! “Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.”
