“I have worked with Jim Lackford to complete multiple home renovation and repair jobs and I highly recommend him. First, he’s easy to work with and is a good communicator. He’s trustworthy and more reliable than your best neighbor: When I had water in my basement over a weekend, he came over the very same day to remove the flooring. I don’t know any contractor who would turn on a dime like that to help in an emergency! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in everything “home.” He did painting and wallpapering for me, he patched holes in my ceiling, he laid tile in my laundry area, hung a mirror, installed a mosaic tile backsplash, and so on. He always did the work with skill and care. He also has access to skilled workers who can support him when the job requires it.”

“We hired Laird Custom Painting for a full remodel job of our home. We had to replace all the ceilings and walls in our living room, dining room and master bedroom, Install and reconfigure a new kitchen, install all new flooring and repaint the entire house inside and out.
